A liberal policy group is suing to stop Ohio Gov. John Kasich?s plan to privatize several state prisons, the Marion Star reports. Kasich wants to sell six Ohio prisons, but ProgressOhio cited "constitutional concerns and the need to preserve jobs and economic security for local Ohio economies" in challenging the plan, the paper reported.
