County suspects liquor license petitions are fraudulent
DAYTON - The Montgomery County Board of Elections has denied a Dayton gas station and convenience store?s effort to put a liquor license option on the November ballot, and now the county prosecutor?s office is investigating possible illegalities in the petitions that were submitted.
