Oakwood school board, teachers' union agree to continue base pay freeze
OAKWOOD - The Oakwood Board of Education and the Oakwood Teachers? Association agreed Monday night to enact a new two-year contract that continues the 2011-12 base pay freeze through 2012-13, and plans for the elimination of step increases based solely on experience.
